Welcome to GrimProxy, a service provided by GrimCloud Tech. By accessing or using the GrimProxy discord server, or any services offered through the server (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Service

The Service provides users with access to a proxy server that allows for anonymous browsing and the ability to bypass certain internet restrictions. GrimProxy reserves the right to modify the Service at any time, with or without notice. However, GrimProxy will not discontinue the Service except in cases where a user has violated the rules listed on the GrimProxy discord server. In such cases, GrimProxy will first provide a warning to the user before taking any action to terminate their access to the Service.

2. Purchasing

In order to purchase a proxy plan from GrimProxy, you must create a ticket on the GrimProxy discord server and follow the instructions provided. Upon purchasing a proxy plan, you will receive a key which you can redeem to access a private channel on the GrimProxy discord server where you can control your proxies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

3. Billing and Renewal

The Service is provided on a subscription basis, with the option to choose between different billing cycles (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly). At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will not be automatically renewed. If you wish to continue using the Service, you will need to purchase a new subscription.

4. Modifications to the Service

GrimProxy reserves the right to modify the Service, or any portion thereof, at any time and without notice. However, GrimProxy will not discontinue the Service except in cases where a user has violated the rules listed on the GrimProxy discord server. In such cases, GrimProxy will first provide a warning to the user before taking any action to terminate their access to the Service. GrimProxy will not be liable to you or any third party in the event that GrimProxy exercises its right to modify or discontinue the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

GrimProxy will not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.
